• Blank orders are shipped in 1-2 business days

• Let us know if you want a blank item or random imprint item
• Provide us your UPS or FedEx account number with associated billing address
• Items that are <$5 EQP are FREE
• We charge EQP on items that are >$5 EQP
• Sample orders are processed in 1-2 business days
